Short answer
No. Graveyard Keeper 2 has no macOS version: Steam lists Windows 10 64-bit or newer with DirectX 12 as the only supported system, and neither Lazy Bear Games nor tinyBuild has announced a Mac port. The first Graveyard Keeper did come to Mac, which is why many players expected the sequel there.

What the store pages say
The Steam page lists Windows only: Windows 10 x64 or higher, DirectX 12, 6 GB of RAM and a GeForce GTX 1650-class card at minimum.
There is no macOS or Linux section in the system requirements.
The PC version is also sold on the Epic Games Store and GOG, and they are Windows builds too.
Why people expected a Mac version
The original Graveyard Keeper is on the Mac App Store and in Mac game shops.
A Steam forum thread asking "MacOS Eventually?" has more than 80 replies, but no developer has answered it.
Running it on a Mac anyway
Players discuss Windows compatibility layers such as CrossOver or Whisky, but one points out that the game's DirectX 12 requirement may be the obstacle. Treat these as unsupported experiments.
The Xbox store lists Xbox Cloud Gaming as a platform. Cloud streaming runs in a browser, so it does not care what computer you use — check your subscription covers it first.
Don't buy the Steam version expecting it to run natively on macOS: it won't.
