Master Armor is made at the Steel Anvil from 1 Tannin Liquid, 4 Steel Detail and 6 Fabric. It takes 12 ticks at 2 energy per tick.

It needs Smithing mastery 15 and the Masterwork Equipment technology.

A hit on the Keeper or a zombie fighter wearing it deals 4 less damage (5 with a Tin Can equipped), and it adds +4 to squad defence with a pike or bow.

The Alchemist stocks 10 Tannin Liquid from trader level 3, at a base price of 20 silver.

Sold back, it fetches about 15 silver at the Alchemist's usual stock, and each unit sold adds Likes for The Town.

The study takes 6 ticks (4 with the Researcher perk), and like every study it only works once per item.

Tannin Liquid belongs to a late trio of crafting brews. Alkali (1 red, 4 green, 2 blue) is the Master Sword ingredient, and Umami (4 green, 4 blue) turns silver food and drink into gold.

All three need Laboratory II, so one lab upgrade opens the whole set.
