Graveyard Keeper 2 Porter Station

Updated 2026-10-25 · Searched as “graveyard keeper 2 porter station”

Short answer

The Porter Station is unlocked by Zombie Mining (60 red, 10 blue) and by Zombie Stone Mining (70 red, 10 blue). It needs its own zombie, which carries what a Zombie Miner or quarry zombie produces back to your base stockpile. Place it next to the producing station and its output chest, and make sure the worker zombie has the right tool, or there will be nothing to carry.

Unlocking it

Iron Smithing (50 red) leads to Zombie Mining (60 red, 10 blue), which unlocks both the Zombie Miner and the Porter Station. Zombie Stone Mining (70 red, 10 blue) also unlocks it for quarry lines.

How a porter line works

One zombie works at the source: a Zombie Miner in the Old Mine or a quarry station on a stone node. A second zombie staffs the Porter Station and hauls the output home.

Build the Porter Station close to the producer and its chest. Loads end up in the matching stockpile at base, such as the Yard's stone stockpile, where the Smithy or Furnace can use them.

Dynamite clears the mine entrance, Zombie Miners produce iron ore, and a Porter Station zombie carries it back to base.

Original summary of a mine line: Zombie Miners produce ore and a Porter Station zombie carries it home. Not an in-game screen.

If the porter stops

A mining zombie without a pickaxe never starts, so the porter idles. Also check your zombie limit: each porter is one more zombie, and the cap is easy to hit.
